Clarinbridge native Siobhán Joyce set up Bowl-a-Granola, a healthy breakfast cereal made in Galway using Irish grown oats. Oats, nuts and seeds are mixed with honey before toasting. Just half of the nuts and seeds in your Bowl-a-Granola are toasted to bring out their nuttiness, while the other half are added after toasting, maintaining their full nutritional benefits. It’s lightly sweetened with honey and dried fruits, there are no refined sugars added. It is wheat and salt free too. There are four flavours: Honey & cinnamon with raisins and cranberries, Honey & ginger with cranberries, Just honey or Bowl-a-Muesli. It’s good for breakfast with cold milk and sliced banana and as a healthy choice for supper.
